Day 1: Arrival at Goma International Airport.

Day 1: Pick up from Goma International Airport.
Upon arrival at the airport, the tour leader from Primate Safari experiences will welcome you ( meet and greet to be handled by our team) and will handle you to the tour guide who will transfer you to the hotel in Virunga national Park for dinner and overnight ( Mikeno Lodge/ Bukima tented camp/ Kibumba Tented camp) or Hotel in Goma ( Linda Hotel).
Day 3: Second Gorilla tracking
You will have a relaxed morning breakfast at the lodge, after transfer to the park headquarter for briefing about the gorilla trekking rules and regulations from the experiences ranger guides, set off for the memorable gorilla tracking in the wilderness of Virunga, walk in the tropical rain forest searching for the habituated gorilla family. You will spend one hour watching the gorillas in the wilderness of Virunga as you take photos and films after return back to the lodge, dinner, and overnight at Bukima Tented Camp.
Day 4: Nyiragongo Hike
After Morning breakfast, you will transfer to kibati station in Virunga Park head for trekking Nyiragongo volcano, be briefed about the Nyiragongo Hike. Nyiragongo is a beautiful stratovolcano that features the world’s largest lava lake. The volcano’s forested lower slopes are home to a variety of animals, including chimpanzees, monkeys, and bushbuck. Nyiragongo’s summit rim is largely devoid of vegetation and is frequently dusted with snow. From the rim, visitors can peer down into a churning lava lake and see and hear hot gases exploding up through a mosaic of molten lava. Although predictable and therefore safe for tourists. Day 5: Descend Nyiragongo and transfer to Bukavu on speed Boat.
In the morning you will slope down have lunch and transfer from Goma to Bukavu on Boat, reach there in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Orchids safari lodge.
Day 6: Eastern Lowland Gorilla trekking.
Rise up very early in the morning and have breakfast and embark on the Memorable adventure of trekking the lowland gorillas in Kahuzi Biege national park. This exercise though tiresome but worthy it due to the amazing attributes of this kind of gorillas. In the evening go on a Bukavu city tour. Dinner and overnight at Orchids.
Day 7: Second low land gorilla tracking- Relax at the Lodge
In the morning, return to the same forest for the same adventure of Lowland gorillas, they tend to be smaller than their Mountain cousins. After tracking, return back, cross to Rwanda’s famous Nyungwe forest national park for dinner and overnight at Gisakura Guesthouse.
Day 8: Transfer from Nyungwe forest to Kigali international Airport and Departure.
After morning breakfast, you start on the drive from Nyungwe to Kigali with a visit to Nyanza cultural centre, butare and later proceed to Kigali arriving in the evening hours and transfer to airport for flight.
